Overseen by Whisknladle Hospitality’s Culinary Director Chef Ryan Johnston and in collaboration with Catania’s talented chefs and cooks, our menu is as authentic as it is innovative.  Staying true to Whisknladle Hospitality’s dedication to from-scratch Italian cooking by utilizing the freshest ingredients available, the menu presents guests with unexpected riffs on traditional Italian cuisine. Guests are invited to surrender their palates as they are taken on an immersive experience, where they will forget all about the California coastline and be transported from Venice to Puglia to Sicily.
